Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and edit internal communication materials tailored to specific audiences and business goals. - Produce content for internal audiences, including memos, policies, and newsletters, with guidance on executive-level communications. - Plan, coordinate, and host internal events for both remote and on-site employees using virtual events and collaboration tools. - Create presentations and creative collateral to support events and announcements. - Support coordination and documentation of departmental activities and communications. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure materials are clear, accurate, and brand compliant. - Provide input on communication strategies to enhance clarity and engagement. - Conduct brand adherence checks and provide feedback for continuous improvement. - Draft internal news briefs summarizing key updates for leadership review. *********Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
