The
Specialist
will independently lead and support the organisation s communications strategy and assist in strengthening LFE s online presence. The candi will be responsible for implementing a branding roadmap and managing the day-to-day online (and offline) presence to ensure the organisational impact is shared, advocated and conveyed to various stakeholders including Board members, partner governments, CSRs, funders, NGOs, CSOs, and an ecosystem of influencers in the education sector at large.
Roles and Responsibilities
Organisational Branding and Marketing
- Draft documents to communicate with prospective partners, government stakeholders, funders, donors, mentors, and other such stakeholders.
- Implement LFE s 5 year communication strategy for different stakeholders and translate it into annual communication plan for LFE
- Revamp the
LFE website
with relevant, up-to- information, and interesting clear content - Up and present insights from data captured from all social media platforms, website and other relevant platforms.
- Manage LFE brand presence through NGO portal listings, articles on relevant blogs, updating the website, and partnerships with various agencies
- Ensure compliance of the whole organization with branding guidelines, and maintain a consistent message and voice for the organization.
- Cultivate relationships with traditional media outlets, online media, influencers and relevant partner organisations to co-publish articles
- Sourcing speaking engagements for the LFE Leadership team in various forums to present our work
- Team Management: Associate
- Train / Manage / Review the work of Communications team members for their professional growth and development
- Ensure KRAs are being tracked for performance reviews and yearly appraisals
- Conducting Learning spaces for Associates based on their professional L&D requirements
Branding & Event Support:
- Video documentation and assistance of the internal team with organising and planning internal and external events through the year such as conferences and symposiums.

Education & Requirements:
- 3-6 years of work experience in communications, branding, and relevant fields, preferably in a social sector organisation with team management experience
- Good Proficient in software and tools like Monday (Project Management Tool), WIX (Website management), Mailchimp, Canva, GPTs, Photoshop, and online tools for creatives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and functional knowledge (oral and written) of Marathi would be highly preferred
- Strong ability to create outstanding presentations, work with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and varied data sets.
