Job Description

Role Overview: As a part of bp Technical Solutions India (TSI) center in Pune, you will be joining the Wells Solutions organization to support conformance and well activity. You will work with a team of deep technical experts to provide sustainable and scalable technology and digital tools for wells. Your role will involve leading the wells teams through the audit process, managing key wells risks, and ensuring effective risk mitigation actions are developed and prioritized. Additionally, you will facilitate the requirements governance process and manage supporting control systems and processes, including Management of Change (MoC). This shift working position from 11:30 - 20:30 IST will support global delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Direct support to internal audit on delivery of the annual wells risk-based audit programs - Engage non-wells enablers to understand and stay informed of audit activities in other businesses - Analyze and organize information to support quality audits - Provide guidance on collecting evidence for audit actions and ensure its adequacy for verification - Integrate innovative solutions for remote, interactive audit execution - Maintain knowledge in the design and implementation of bp and wells requirements - Manage revision of requirements in wells and participate in industry standards workgroups - Own processes and documents for Requirements Management and Management of Change in bp wells - Manage Continuous Improvement (CI) activities associated with Requirements Management and Management of Change Qualifications Required: - Degree in engineering, science, or a similar subject - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a high-hazard industry working in requirements management, audit, and/or management of change activities - Knowledge of operating management systems, requirements management, and/or audit management processes - Preferred experience in Wells or Upstream Oil and Gas operations - Experience in managing projects and leading change during digital initiatives deployment - Familiarity with digital requirements management tools such as DOORS or equivalent Additional Details of the Company: At bp, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a diverse and challenging environment.
