As part of the Wells Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting conformance and well activity, providing sustainable and scalable technology and digital tools for wells. To be successful in this role, you must possess a degree in engineering, science, or a related subject, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a high-hazard industry working in requirements management, audit, and/or management of change activities. Preferred experience in Wells or Upstream Oil and Gas operations is desirable, as well as knowledge of digital requirements management tools such as DOORS or equivalent. You will collaborate closely with the Digital and Automation team, support Internal Audit on Wells audits, and present relevant material to senior leadership across all wells assets. The position is an on-site role responsible for managing the overall plant quality system and product testing. You will be overseeing the manufacturing-related processes to ensure that all products meet the requirements of the end-use customer. In this role, you will be required to become an expert on how Oracle planning, inventory, and supply chain business processes work. You will also need to familiarize yourself with how other ISV ERP planning & supply chain business processes function. It is essential to actively participate in the AUTOSOL Digital Operations and Supply Chain Community of Practice to understand and leverage key processes from other AutoSol entities. Strong English language proficiency, both spoken and written, along with excellent training, presenting, and communication skills are necessary. You should be willing to travel 25-50% of the time to support plants and ERP launches and be prepared to work non-standard hours to communicate with plants in other world regions. Preferred qualifications that set you apart include 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP in a manufacturing environment, experience working with configurators, proficiency in manufacturing operations processes of the valves industry (discrete manufacturing), strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a global team environment across different time zones.,
