Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Special Educator located in Pune. The Special Educator will be responsible for teaching students with disabilities, particularly in a primary school setting. Daily tasks include developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of students, and communicating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student development and progress. The Special Educator will also provide remedial and developmental support to enhance students' learning abilities in the curriculum. Qualifications Experience in Special Education and Teaching Familiarity with working with Disabilities Expertise in Middle School education Strong Communication skills Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field Certification in Special Education is a plus Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with students of diverse abilities Show more Show less
