As a Special Educator at B FiT - Brain Fitness for All, you will play a crucial role in enhancing cognitive skills and fostering holistic growth in learners of all ages. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the team to design and deliver cognitive skills programs for children and adults. - Facilitating engaging and interactive sessions to promote cognitive development and growth. - Assessing learners" individual needs and tailoring programs accordingly. - Utilizing evidence-based strategies to address cognitive challenges. - Creating a supportive and motivating learning environment through your knowledge of clinical psychology. - Participating in ongoing training to expand your skills and stay updated on the latest research. - Documenting learner progress and providing recommendations for further development. - Integrating cognitive and emotional learning techniques into educational programs. - Contributing to creating a positive and nurturing learning atmosphere that empowers learners. Qualifications required for this role include: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field. - Passion for enhancing cognitive skills and promoting holistic growth in learners. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new teaching methods. - Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and engage learners of various ages. - Familiarity with cognitive and emotional learning theories and techniques. - Empathetic and patient nature to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
