## Job Responsibilities

As a Special Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assessing and identifying students’ individual learning requirements and challenges.

- Developing and implementing personalized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.

- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

- Providing one-on-one and small group instruction to enhance students' academic and social skills.

- Monitoring and evaluating students’ progress and adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.

- Conducting workshops and training sessions for staff on inclusive education practices.

- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating effectively with parents and guardians.

Class - Mainly for primary wings but has to handle Sr. Student if any in the school.

Gender – Female

Experience – Minimum 3 years

Qualification – Postgraduate or Graduate with B.Ed in Spl. Education.

## Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs in an educational setting.

- Strong understanding of various disabilities and learning challenges.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and staff.

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

- Proficiency in using technology and assistive devices to support learning.
