REQUIRED SKILLS; QUALIFICATIONS:

· Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, priority on cross disability courses (RCI Registered)

· Have 0 to 5 years of successful classroom teaching experience in inclusive school or program coordinator of a special school/ therapy center; plus, additional administrative/supervisory experience preferred.

· Knowledge of best practices in curriculum design, and an advanced understanding of instructional strategies for students with autism, specific learning disabilities, Intellectual impairment and Multiple disability.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of members.

· Excellent computer skills

· Supporting the planning of special education initiative and the implementation of initiatives in Inclusive education

· Have excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

· Thorough knowledge of special education laws and regulations

· Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skill
