Special Education Teacher

As a Special Educator at the Inclusive Education Center in Solapur, you will be responsible for providing tailored education to students with diverse learning needs. Your dedication and passion will contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for the academic, social, and emotional development of every student. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student. - Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create, monitor, and update IEPs to ensure student progress and success. - Monitor student progress by regularly assessing their development towards meeting IEP goals. - Use formal and informal assessment tools to provide detailed reports to parents and school staff for transparent communication and tracking of student achievements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field. - Certification in Special Education. - Experience working with students with diverse learning needs. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
