Job Summary

The SPE-Policy Servicing role is crucial for managing and optimizing policy servicing processes within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. The candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Office to enhance efficiency and accuracy in policy management. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize policy servicing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain policy documentation and records.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and areas for improvement providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all servicing activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy updates and renewals.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to build a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development of new policy servicing strategies to align with company goals.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Office enabling efficient management of policy documentation.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance ensuring accurate and compliant servicing.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret policy data and drive improvements.
  • Showcase strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification in Life and Annuities Insurance.
