Job Description

Job Title:

Spares Admin

Experience Required:

Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    Spares Trading

    and

    Import of FICEP CNC machine spares

    .
  • Coordinate effectively with

    customers, internal teams, and OEMs

    to ensure timely availability and delivery of spares.
  • Maintain accurate records of spares inventory, purchase orders, and import documentation.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for cost-effective procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels, track consumption, and raise timely indents for replenishment.
  • Support service teams with spares availability for machine maintenance and breakdowns.

Required Skills:

  • Strong

    negotiation skills

    to manage vendors and OEMs.

  • Good communication skills

    for customer and internal coordination.

  • Quick learner

    with adaptability to technical and process requirements.
  • Attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-up ability.
  • Basic knowledge of

    import/export procedures

    is desirable.
