Job Summary: The Spare Parts Sourcing Executive will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and procuring spare parts from reliable suppliers to ensure timely availability for operations and maintenance. The role requires strong vendor management skills, market research, and negotiation expertise to achieve cost-effective and high-quality sourcing solutions. . Key Responsibilities: Identify and source spare parts from local and international suppliers. Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts, and build long-term supplier relationships. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse for stock replenishment. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, alternative parts, and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure all spare parts meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and technical teams to understand requirements. Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up with vendors for timely supply. Maintain sourcing records, supplier databases, and procurement reports. Resolve discrepancies related to supply delays, defective items, or invoicing issues. Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
