Job Description – Spare Parts Sales Executive Company: Brother’s Tech Solutions Location: Jaipur Department: Sales – Aftermarket Position: Spare Parts Sales Executive Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Brother’s Tech Solutions is looking for a Spare Parts Sales Executive to manage aftermarket sales for dairy and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, coordinate timely deliveries, and develop long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate quotations for spare parts. * Identify spare parts requirements using machine drawings, manuals, or BOQs. * Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch of parts. * Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat sales. * Track orders, follow up on pending deliveries, and resolve customer queries promptly. * Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain transaction records. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for spare parts. Qualifications Required: * Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR * Graduate with strong technical understanding Preferred: * Experience in spare parts or aftermarket sales for machinery, industrial equipment, or process plants Experience * 1–4 years in spare parts sales, after-sales service, or industrial equipment sales Skills & Competencies * Strong technical knowledge of machinery and components * Excellent communication and customer handling skills * Ability to read technical drawings and identify part numbers * Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems * Organized, proactive, and target-oriented Location Jaipur Compensation * Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives
