Job Description

Scouting, identifying, shortlisting and finally appointing the District Stockist in identified locations.
Business development in the districts where the DS have already been appointed.
Identifying influential mechanics and attaching them to the retailers appointed.
Identifying and appointing good retailers and attaching them to District Stockists.
Conducting regular periodic visits to retailers and mechanics.
Conducting regular periodic, informal meets of mechanics at the retailers.
Conducting periodic retailers meet at District Stockists.
Developing SRM Teams to promote reach of Genuine Sonalika Parts.
Understanding the customer need through above meets and ensure parts availability at District Stockist and retailers.
Handling warranty claims / Sales Return claims.
