Spare Part Executive

As an Inventory and Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, tracking inventory, and conducting regular stock audits. You will also play a crucial role in processing and coordinating the delivery of spare parts to customers or service departments. Your duties will include interacting with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of parts. Additionally, you will be expected to address customer inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve issues related to spare parts, contributing to excellent customer service. In this role, you will be involved in promoting and selling spare parts and accessories to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and purchases, ensuring that all information is up to date and easily accessible. Furthermore, you will provide technical assistance to customers and technicians regarding parts selection and usage, enhancing the overall customer experience.
