Spare Part Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Executive (Entry-Level) to support our spare parts department. The ideal candidate will assist in managing spare parts inventory, coordinating with the workshop and suppliers, and ensuring timely parts availability. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals beginning their career in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, issuing, and storing spare parts as per standard procedures.
• Support the workshop team by providing accurate and timely parts as required.
• Help maintain inventory records and update the stock management system.
• Assist in preparing purchase requests for stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for part deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers on pending orders and deliveries.
• Handle basic inquiries from customers and internal departments regarding part availability.
• Support in conducting regular physical stock checks and audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Spare Parts Head.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
