  • Providing internal support to the global Normet organization for the spare parts business.
  • Managing and improving the Spare Parts support portal or other channels.
  • Spare part item management includes item creation and spare part parameter data enrichment in the PDM system.
  • Managing and improving the spare part master data quality
  • Equipment Bill of Material & spare part data quality checks
  • Spare part replacement or duplicate detection & communication.
  • Other spare part-related technical support tasks.

Required Skills

  • Technical understanding of Normet Equipment from maintenance and spare part point of view.
  • Normet equipment spare part design and process experience.
  • Normet Equipment BOM and module understanding.
  • Item master PDM Sovelia knowledge and experience.
  • Microsoft AX tool experience.
  • Understanding Normet spare part offering practices and instructions.
  • Experience of making decisions based of Equipment BOM, what parts are considered as after sales parts.
  • Normet Equipment spare parts recommendations creation independently.
  • Master data management experience and data updates into MS Sales systems.
  • Develop instructions around Normet spare part offering and recommendation process.
  • Experience of spare part customer service.
  • Participate in key development projects as a spare part technical expert, contributing specialized knowledge and expertise.
  • Ability to work in English language written and spoken.

  • A relevant degree with already some work experience especially from global, industrial business environment - and understanding about the global service item support.
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, drive to find best solutions for our clients and products.

  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office), especially knowledge in ERP and PDM (Sovelia), and the ability to learn new systems easily.

  • Be capable both in individual and teamwork and have good communications and collaboration skills.
  • Be capable of working as a member of global spare part teams with different cultures.
