Spanish Customer Service Representative

As an Associate Recruiter/ Recruiter at IMS People Possible (Interactive Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) in the ORS US division, your role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. You will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with candidates, reviewing and understanding job requirements, and verifying if applicants meet position requirements. Additionally, you will research new technologies, maintain the database, prepare daily recruiting reports for the team manager, and handle clients and conference calls.
