Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spanish Caller, located in New Delhi. The Spanish Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to Spanish-speaking patients, answering their queries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves accurately documenting call details and escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Qualifications

Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Experience in a call center or customer service environment
Basic computer skills, including data entry and usage of CRM systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare or related fields are a plus
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
