Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Spanish Caller, located in New Delhi. The Spanish Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to Spanish-speaking clients and patients. Day-to-day tasks include communicating effectively in Spanish, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also entails accurately documenting interactions and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish and strong verbal communication skills
• Experience in customer service and handling inbound/outbound calls
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
