Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spanish Caller, located in New Delhi. The Spanish Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to Spanish-speaking patients and clients, handling inquiries, providing information about services, and offering support. The role involves documenting call activities, updating patient records, and working closely with the team to ensure effective communication and service delivery. The primary objective is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related role
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
