Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing the spa staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving revenue targets. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in spa management. The job is based in various places in Kerala, India, and the employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in spa management
• Excellent knowledge of spa operations and industry best practices
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to work well under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all spa operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase customer base
• Recruit, train, and manage spa staff, ensuring optimal performance and productivity
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe spa environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new spa services
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to spa staff
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote spa services and packages
• Manage and maintain spa equipment and facilities
