• Exceptional conflict resolution skills to address and resolve customer and staff concerns effectively.

• Capable of partnering with talent acquisition teams to identify top sales talent for the spa.

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing spa markets.
• Partner with talent acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent for the spa team.
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives within the spa.
• Manage daily operations to ensure exceptional spa service and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure resources are efficiently utilized.
• Implement upselling strategies to maximize spa revenue and enhance customer experiences.
