Spa Manager Bengaluru 2 - 7 years INR 4.5 - 7.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Business Development & Marketing Develop and execute strategies to drive footfall, including partnerships with local businesses and residential communities. Build & work with the marketing team to plan events, spa days, and promotional activities suited for the Bangalore Analyze sales and market data to refine Wellness 365s local outreach and promotional efforts. Guest Engagement Proactively greet and consult clients to promote Wellness 365s range of luxury spa services. Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of treatments and packages to maximize bookings and upsell opportunities. Sales Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales, membership, and retail targets. Drive local promotions, packages, and seasonal offers tailored to the Bangalore clientele. Daily Operations Management Oversee and streamline day-to-day spa operations, ensuring seamless guest journeys and an uncompromised luxury experience. Supervise therapy quality, hygiene standards, facility ambiance, and proper equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards. Manage appointments, billing processes, and daily operating cash with accuracy. Ensure proper trainings are provided for staff to stay top notch in service quality Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and develop therapists, front desk, and housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service. Schedule and conduct team meetings, briefings, and one-on-one coaching sessions as necessary. Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance, fostering high retention and morale. Support continuous learning and professional development among team members. Customer Relationship Management Build enduring relationships with clients, focusing on retention, referral, and satisfaction. Address guest inquiries, preferences, and feedback promptly and professionally. Use CRM tools to track client visits and personalize service; manage loyalty programs and engagement activities. Inventory & Financial Management Maintain optimal stock levels for spa products and consumables; conduct regular inventory checks. Control daily cash handling and manage budgets in line with profit and revenue goals. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets Client retention and satisfaction scores Staff performance, retention, and productivity Spa operational standards and audit results Preferred candidate profile Bold, Presentable Personality: Confident, elegant, and adept at striking up conversations with new and returning clients. Experience: Minimum 25 years in spa, wellness, or hospitality management, with a proven record in sales and team leadership. Sales-Driven & Customer-Centric: Demonstrated experience in meeting sales targets and delivering premium customer care. Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, motivation, and problem-solving abilities. Professional Image: Well-groomed and willing to maintain the brands high visual standards. Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
