Job Summary:

The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Prayoga Spa at Jawai, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth team coordination, and achievement of revenue and service goals. This role involves managing staff performance, maintaining spa standards, and ensuring all treatments and facilities operate efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operations & Service Excellence

• Supervise daily spa operations, including massage rooms, hammam, foot spa area, and couple rooms.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and ambiance are maintained.
• Oversee treatment schedules and ensure smooth guest flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery promptly and professionally.
• Maintain stock of spa consumables and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.

2. Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate the team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
• Conduct regular team meetings, grooming checks, and service training.
• Monitor therapist performance and service quality.
• Manage staff scheduling and leave plans to ensure adequate coverage.

3. Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
• Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Maintain records of daily sales and submit reports to the head office.
• Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.

4. Administration & Compliance

• Maintain guest records, attendance registers, and cash handling reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with resort/hotel management for joint promotions or guest handling.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Spa Management, Hospitality, or Wellness.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of spa therapies, treatments, and wellness trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Good command of English and Hindi (knowledge of local language is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reports, and basic software handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,818.75 - ₹37,876.84 per month

Work Location: In person
