The Spa Manager will oversee daily spa operations, maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth execution of services. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling budgets, and ensuring compliance with spa protocols. Additionally, the Spa Manager will focus on fostering a welcoming environment and delivering an exceptional client experience while addressing operational needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Spa Management, including scheduling and staff oversight Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Experience in Budgeting and financial management Knowledge and expertise in Skin Care and wellness therapies Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to create a calm and welcoming environment for clients and staff Relevant certification or training in spa or wellness management is a plus
