SOX ITGC Team Manager

As a member of our team at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) and IT Automated Controls (ITAC). Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting detailed testing on Logical Access, Change Management, Backup & Restoration, and Incident Management to uphold our professional audit standards. - Validating Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Effectiveness (TOE) to ensure compliance with COSO, SOX, and risk assessment practices. - Utilizing your strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to meet individual performance goals and maintain quality in every aspect of your work. - Collaborating with stakeholders by demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. - Managing and balancing multiple priorities while participating in initiatives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of SOX ITGC experience with at least 2 years of direct end-to-end Team Management. - Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CISA) in information technology or related field. - 5+ years of relevant experience in SOX ITGC with a minimum of 2 years in end-to-end Team Management.
