As an experienced South Indian Chef de Partie (CDP), you will be joining our culinary team with expertise in authentic South Indian cuisine, including dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, and regional specialties. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, assisting in menu planning, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. It is essential for you to have strong knowledge of traditional spices, cooking methods, and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, and regional specialties - Maintain quality and hygiene standards in food preparation - Assist in menu planning - Ensure smooth kitchen operations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in South Indian cuisine - Passion for authentic flavors and attention to detail - Team player with good communication skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the benefits we offer include food provided, health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund.
