Your primary responsibilities will involve the preparation and cooking of a diverse array of authentic South Indian dishes, including dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, and an assortment of chutneys. Proficiency in handling and utilizing kitchen equipment, such as dosa tawa, steamers, and grinders, will be essential. Maintaining consistency in both food quality and portion sizes will be paramount in this role.
