As a Cook specializing in continental cuisine, your role will involve preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes using fresh ingredients and authentic techniques. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and consistent food presentation that meets quality standards. Collaborating with the Head Chef to innovate and refine menu items will be a key aspect of your job. Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for continental ingredients and supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area are crucial tasks. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supervising junior kitchen staff in continental cuisine preparation, while strictly adhering to food safety regulations and kitchen SOPs. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in cooking continental dishes - Strong knowledge of authentic continental cooking techniques - Ability to innovate and contribute to menu development - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen operations Please note that this job offers food provided and Provident Fund benefits. The work location is in person.
