This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Delhi, India. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff supervision. The role will also involve ensuring food quality standards, maintaining kitchen equipment and hygiene, managing inventory, and training junior staff. Collaboration with other team members to uphold the restaurant’s standards and contribute to its growth will be essential.
