Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef - F & B Production at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. in Jalandhar. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in the management of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role involves menu planning, food preparation, and overseeing daily food production activities.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills: Menu Planning, Food Preparation, and Presentation
• Management skills: Supervising kitchen staff and inventory management
• Health and safety knowledge: Compliance with health and safety regulations
• Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Formal culinary training or certification
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
