The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sourcing Team Lead – Real Estate (Channel Sales)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the sourcing team for channel partner sales.
• Identify, onboard, train, and motivate high-performing channel partners.
• Achieve sales targets for premium & luxury residential projects.
• Maintain strong broker and developer relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Ensure RERA and statutory compliance across all partner operations.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA/Graduate in Marketing & Sales.
• 6–7 years of experience in real estate sales, including

  4+ years in channel partner sourcing & management

  .
• Strong local network in Mumbai’s Western Suburbs.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to bring a team along with you.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
