Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Channel Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies to identify and recruit new channel partners, aligning with the company's overall sales objectives.
• Identify and Recruit New Channel Partners: Conduct market research to identify potential partners, assess their suitability, and initiate recruitment processes.
• Onboard and Enable New Partners: Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, providing necessary training, resources, and support to ensure they are equipped to sell the company's products or services effectively.
• Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and conduct training sessions to educate new partners on product offerings, sales techniques, and company policies.
