In this role, you will lead a team of sourcing specialists, driving the identification and engagement of top talent to build robust pipelines aligned with Sanofi's hiring needs across the Asia Region, including India, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent requirements, utilize data and analytics to measure sourcing strategies" effectiveness, and proactively engage with target candidates through diverse channels like social media, professional networks, and talent communities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate, and support a team of sourcing specialists to create a collaborative and high-performing environment. - Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent needs and source candidates with critical skills. - Utilize data and analytics to measure sourcing strategies" effectiveness and optimize them. - Identify and engage with target candidates through various channels. - Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with desired skills for current and future hiring needs. - Collaborate with global leads to leverage market data and insights for sourcing strategies. - Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including staffing agencies. - Engage in CRM and recruitment marketing activities to nurture talent pools. - Provide guidance to other recruiters and manage the team's performance effectively. - Build governance structures and data repositories to support sourcing activities. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in sourcing within the Pharma industry, preferably in a large organization. - Proficiency in using various sourcing channels and managing teams. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. - Understanding of global talent landscape and competitor activity.
