Role Summary: As a Sourcing Specialist in the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging high-potential candidates across various functions and levels. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop strategic sourcing plans that strengthen Titan’s talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with recruiters and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, social media, employee referrals, and other niche job boards. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles across verticals (e.g., retail, design, supply chain, tech, etc.). Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitor intelligence to drive strategic hiring decisions. Engage candidates through compelling outreach messages and nurture relationships through the hiring funnel. Maintain candidate data and pipelines accurately in the ATS and support reporting metrics on sourcing effectiveness. Promote Titan’s employer brand through social platforms, sourcing campaigns, and industry events. Qualifications & Requirements: 1–4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced corporate or agency setting. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search). Strong research skills and familiarity with talent market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. A passion for building diverse teams and inclusive workplaces. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience sourcing for niche roles in retail, luxury, or consumer goods industries. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Success Factors, or similar). Certifications in talent sourcing or recruiting (e.g., AIRS, Naukri/LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
