Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers (domestic & international)

• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance tracking, and compliance

• Coordinate sample development, approvals, and production timelines

• Conduct detailed market research on product categories, pricing, trends, and competitor offerings

• Prepare and present sourcing reports, cost comparisons, and product recommendations

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure procurement aligns with brand goals

• Maintain and update sourcing-related databases and documentation

• Monitor supplier lead times, quality checks, and ensure timely delivery of goods

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Apparel Production, or related fields

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management (preferred in fashion/consumer goods)

• Strong research, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands is highly desirable
