Job Description

Role Overview:

Execute sourcing strategies across job sites & professional networks
Conduct initial screening and build strong candidate pipelines
Collaborate with recruiters to meet volume hiring goals
Maintain accurate data in RMS (Recruiting Management System)
Stay up to date with sourcing trends and tools

What We're Looking For:

14 years of sourcing experience
Proven experience with job portals, professional networks, and ATS
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree required | MBA in HR preferred
Knowledge of passive sourcing techniques (AIRS, Boolean, etc.) is a plus
