Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution Partner with the client services team to understand and qualify the Requisition to find the right talent Discuss and execute the sourcing strategy to find talent for the qualified requisitions through various tools (Internal Database, Job Portals, social media, and network-based hiring etc.) Use effective pitch to position the client and the opportunities to prospective candidates Create effective search techniques Qualify / Disqualify candidates with effective resume screening techniques Ability to carry out detailed candidate assessment through phone screen basis the requisition • Update and track the candidates details and status in the Inhouse Applicant Tracking System (Database) in a timely and accurate manner Partner with the client services team throughout the recruitment cycle – requirement recalibration and candidate status Follow-up with candidates through phone and email communication channels throughout the recruitment process Participating in facilitation and mentorship programs Ability to work in mid and/or complex level positions Ensure continuous learning focused on capability development Qualifications, Skills, and Experience At least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience as a recruiter in the domestic market Experience in recruiting for either Technology, Non-IT, banking shared services, R&D or Engineering verticals Bachelor’s degree is a must Proven ability to creatively execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, and internet searches. Ability to use MS Suite Experience within a target driven environment is desirable
