Sourcing Specialist

Role: Sourcing Specialist Location: Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities: ● Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites. ● Identify candidates via networking, grassroots, boolean search, and traditional sourcing methodologies ● Meet the monthly hire goals account-specific target up to and including hire goals. ● Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. ● Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements. ● Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time. ● Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders. ● Work all assigned job orders until covered. ● Attend daily/weekly req. meeting. ● Establish relationships with consultants and recruiter partners. ● Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area. ● Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations. ● Conduct Text recruit/ email campaigns Required Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree is preferred. ● Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills. ● Ability to agile and adapt to new and/or changing processes in a fast-paced environment ● Should have excellent written communication skills. ● 2-4 years of highly preferred recruiting experience in Contract Staffing . ● A strong work ethic and sense of commitment Show more Show less
