Talent Sourcer

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.
  
• Source candidates through various channels including

  LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, referrals, and internal databases

  .
• Build and maintain diverse and high-quality talent pipelines for multiple roles.
  
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and availability.
  
• Engage and nurture passive candidates through effective communication.
  
• Research market trends, competitor insights, and salary data to support hiring decisions.
  
• Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM tools.
  
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth interview processes.
  
• Track sourcing metrics such as pipeline progress, response rates, and conversion ratios.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  
• 15 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (IT / Non-IT depending on requirement).
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques and social recruiting.
  
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and job portals.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience sourcing niche, senior-level, or bulk hiring roles.
  
• Certifications in recruitment, sourcing, or HR analytics (optional).
  
• Knowledge of market mapping and talent intelligence.
