Role & responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Sourcing Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality candidates across various functions. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a strong talent pipeline to support our business goals. Preferred candidate profile Source and engage passive and active candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, etc.) Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Conduct initial outreach, screening, and candidate assessments to qualify potential hires Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Develop talent mapping and market intelligence reports for critical roles and niche skillsets Foster relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process Utilize data and metrics to optimize sourcing effectiveness and efficiency Stay updated with industry trends, competitor talent strategies, and best practices in sourcing
