Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source vendors for printing, merchandise, and gifting products
Develop new and innovative product ideas as per client briefs
Ensure quality checks, costing, sampling, and timely delivery
Coordinate with internal teams for design, artwork, and approvals
Negotiate pricing and maintain vendor relationships
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and new technologies
Manage documentation, purchase orders, and follow-ups
Support client presentations with product options and samples

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of printing processes (digital, screen, offset, UV, sublimation, etc.)
Hands-on experience in corporate gifts and customized merchandise
Excellent sourcing, negotiation & vendor management skills
Creativity and product innovation mindset
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under deadlines and multitask efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
