1) Control procurement cost and improve procurement efficiencies
2) Manage suppliers performance: Phasing out underperforming suppliers and bring in competitive new supply source
3) Take responsibilities for delivery outcomes and prioritize the management of key deliverables
4) Engage in effective communications with BU to proactively identify their needs, optimize supplier resources , and enhance procurement service satisfaction
5) Deeply engage in negotiations for major procurement projects
5 years expertise in sourcing and procurement for marketing functions, mobile phone /Smartphone industry experience is preferred.
Experienced in analyzing market material costs and managing procurement process
