Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sourcing Manager to join our premium real estate team in South Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating high-intent leads through multiple sources and building strong broker/channel partner networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and engage with new channel partners and brokers in the luxury real estate segment

• Generate qualified leads for a premium residential offering in South Mumbai

• Maintain strong relationships with sourcing partners to ensure consistent lead inflow

• Organize CP meets and drive broker loyalty

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align sourcing efforts with campaign strategies

Prerequisites:

• 2–3 years of real estate sourcing or brokerage experience (luxury/premium projects preferred)

• Strong network of South Mumbai brokers/channel partners is a plus

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

• Well-versed with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills

• Deep understanding of the South Mumbai (SOBO) buyer mindset and luxury preferences

Additional Details:

• Working Days & Hours: 6-day work week with one weekday off; weekend availability is essential

• Reporting To: Founders and Sales Head
