Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Identify, connect with, and nurture potential buyers through targeted outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Present project details with clarity, confidence, and cultural understanding tailored to the clientele
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction at every stage

Sales Conversion & Negotiation

  • Guide qualified leads through the entire sales process, from inquiry to final agreement
  • Address client queries promptly and provide transparent, accurate information
  • Negotiate effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while upholding brand value

On-Site Hosting & Experience Management

  • Welcome and host clients at the project site, ensuring a premium and hospitable experience
  • Conduct personalized site tours, highlighting key features, amenities, and benefits of the project
  • Handle high-value and culturally sensitive clients with discretion and attentiveness

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activity
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of information, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, client confirmations, and visit preparations
  • Ensure sales materials, brochures, and digital content are up to date and aligned with brand standards

Market & Competitor Awareness

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and community dynamics
  • Provide insights to the management team to enhance sales strategies and client outreach


What You’ll Bring:

  • Fluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, luxury retail, or client relations (real estate preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance, polished etiquette, and cultural sensitivity
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of conversions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
