Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 10+ field recruiters and tele-calling executives to achieve city-level sourcing and onboarding targets.
  • Ensure zero idle vehicles at depots through strategic sourcing and deployment planning.
  • Own the end-to-end driver onboarding process, ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with City Operations teams, from City Heads to ground-level executives, to align sourcing efforts with operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with Service & Asset teams to ensure timely resolution of vehicle service tickets.
  • Partner with the central sourcing team for support, escalations, and process optimization.
  • Conduct daily performance reviews to track, evaluate, and report team targets effectively.
  • Engage regularly with the driver community to generate organic leads and referrals.
  • Mentor and guide the sourcing teammotivating, training, and influencing them to consistently meet KPIs.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of city geography and local market dynamics to design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize tools like MS Office for reporting and tracking, and communicate effectively in the local language to engage drivers.
  • Maintain cost-efficiency by ensuring Cost per Hire (CPH) remains 1500 or below across the team.

  • Monitor and enforce daily, weekly, and monthly target achievement for all sourcing executives to ensure consistent productivity.

Required Experience:

  • 6+ years of overall experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally within mobility or fleet-based businesses.
  • 18+ months of experience leading city-level sourcing operations.
  • Prior field-level experience as a Sourcing Executive or Field Recruiter before taking on managerial responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in EV fleet/mobility companies such as Ola, Uber, Everest Fleet, Zip Mobility, or similar.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong team leadership and daily performance management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of driver acquisition funnels and fleet deployment logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with drivers, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Highly target-oriented, people-focused, and agile, thriving in a fast-paced operational environment.
