Job Description

Key Skills & Competencies for the role:

Fulfil the Blue Collars positions for our various projects sites at MALDIVES, ANDAMAN, GRENADA, LAKSHADWEEP through Manpower consultants and agencies/other sources:

Coordinate with Project Heads, Site Managers, and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements (trade-wise, skill-wise, and quantity).
Prepare manpower mobilization plans aligned with project schedules.
Forecast short-term and long-term blue-collar manpower needs.
Strong understanding of blue-collar recruitment processes
Knowledge of construction trades and site operations
Vendor and contractor coordination skills
Good communication and negotiation skills, offer letters, appointment letters
Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent manpower demands
Source blue-collar workforce through approved channels:
Manpower consultants and agencies
Trade networks and local sourcing hubs
Conduct preliminary screening for skill suitability, experience, availability, and wage expectations.
Verify trade skills where applicable (mason, carpenter, electrician, plumber, helper, etc.).
Maintain manpower MIS reports (trade-wise strength, joining, attrition, mobilization status).
Provide periodic reports to HR Head and Management.
Track recruitment timelines and manpower fulfillment against project requirements.
Coordinate for Visa, travel, accommodation, and site joining formalities for selected manpower.
Ensure smooth onboarding at site, including induction, safety briefing, and allocation to projects.
