Responsibilities:
1. Work on reducing attrition and retaining riders who have exited from our end.
2. Visit client stores to collect rider feedback and understand ground-level challenges and operational constraints.
3. Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, is mandatory for communication.
4. Basic understanding of last-mile logistics operations is required.
5. Ability to handle daily operations efficiently.
6. Basic knowledge of data handling and record maintenance.
7. Conduct audits related to operational factors, including:
Rider behaviour and performance.
Vehicle condition assessments and safety audits.
Evaluating discrepancies between executive reports and rider feedback, etc...

Pay: ₹11,795.19 - ₹34,204.81 per month
