Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to join our garment sourcing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sourcing raw materials, trims, and garments, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring quality and timely delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, vendor management capabilities, and a passion for the garment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for garments, fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times with vendors.
• Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to meet sourcing requirements.
• Track purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and maintain supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain sourcing documentation and reports for internal reference.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in garment sourcing or related roles.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Basic understanding of quality control standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Willingness to relocate to Tirupur.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with both domestic and international vendors.
• Familiarity with garment manufacturing timelines and cost structures.
